I know a lot of us are just barely awake in the morning – but as I was sitting eating breakfast earlier today- I realized how important it is for people to have a healthy breakfast. Without the health in the morning, the rest of the day will go downhill. I’ve tried having that doughnut and it only results in a sugar rush and a crash later.
There are infinite breakfast possibilities: just try to be healthy because it’ll change the outcome of your whole day.
